Delivery Information
Our Shipping Policy is very simple and we have endeavored to form it even a lot of clear.
We deliver our Pearls all across the world. We have partnered with India Post and different famous couriers to search out the best and fastest manner of delivering the product to you. Once your pearls are ready for shipment, we handover the packed shipment to either Courier, or India Post. They deliver to the remotest and tiniest corners of the world so, we are very sure, your Pearls will somehow find you.
How long would it take for the shipment to be delivered?
It usually takes about 5-7 days for the shipment to reach you in India, and about 10 days for the shipment to reach you if you are outside India. Please keep in mind that each one supplying corporation and the postal service deliver during working hours and during weekdays, so we would advise you to make someone available to receive the shipment during such hours/day at the Shipping Address mentioned in your Order.
What is the Shipping charge?
Your shipping cost is calculated on the weight and size of each package including the product, the packing material etc. The shipping cost also factors in the country of shipment. Once you choose a product and add it to ‘My Cart’ and proceed to Checkout, you will be able to see the exact cost of shipping.
Does the shipping charge change if I order more than 1 item?
It does not matter how many Pearls you ordered. The shipping cost is calculated only on the factors mentioned above i.e. size, weight and destination.
If I want to change the pearls, who pays for the return shipment??
In the event, you are returning the pearls because you do not like it anymore or if you would like to exchange it, then the cost shall be borne entirely by you. Please note however that any returns are subject to the product being in an absolute new condition and in the manner it was sent with the original packing and tags of the pearls being displaced.
Is there a transit Risk?
Once we handover your parcel to Courier or India Post, we take no responsibility towards the same. We are more than confident that a global leader such as Courier will surely be able to deliver your parcel. And yes, till date, they have never failed us.
Are there any custom duties etc payable on the import of the Pearls?
